PostSecret, Community Through Sharing Secrets
Posted February 17th, 2011 by olsonmPostSecret is an ongoing community mail art project in which people mail their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard.
Last night the creator and founder of the PostSecret Project, Frank Warren, presented PostSecret Live. He shared postcards banned from the books, stories behind some of the secrets, as well as some of his own secrets. Mr. Warrens visit was sponsored by the OSU Active Minds Chapter, promoted as a fun and healthy way to confront daily struggles of mental health.
Thousands of individuals have shared their own personal secrets through the PostSecret Community. It serves as a safe and creative outlet for people to share something that is on their mind and can be a great platform for people to appreciate the secrets of others.
