The only place that I know you can recycle hard plastic in Corvallis it the First Alternative’s recycling center at their south store (1007 SE Third St.). If the cases are in fairly good shape, I would suggest sending them to OSU Surplus Property (surplus.oregonstate.edu). There they can be picked up and use by someone else.
