Primary construction activities for the week of 1/28/2019 – 2/1/2019 will consist of:

Core 1- Forming and pouring architectural fur wall.

Core 2- Level 4 will have rebar placed, formwork closed, and be poured.

Core 3- Level 4 will have rebar placed, formwork closed, and be poured.

Ramp- Forming and placing rebar, and pouring footings at the South wall.

Slab for Level 1 Air Handler Unit- pouring then striping the forms.

Mockups- Framing and sheeting.

Structural Steel- Stair 1 installing handrail.

– East Commons (Z1) installing shear tab clips. erecting steel Friday 2/10.

– West Commons (Z2) installing shear tab clips and misc. Metals.

Primary construction activities for the week of 01/21/2019- 01/25/2019 will consist of:

Core 2- Level 3 will be poured and inside core stripped, then start setting formwork and rebar for Level 4.

Core 3- Level 3 will be poured and stripped, then start setting formwork and rebar for Level 4.

Ramp- Forming and placing rebar at South Wall.

Slab for Level 1 Air Handler Unit- Install vapor barrier, forming, pour pads, and stripping pads.

Mockups- Install steel window surrounds, backing, and weather barrier.

Structural Steel- Installing clips and hangers for stair 1, and installing shear tab clips for east commons (Z1).

Primary construction activities for the week of 1/14/2019-1/18/2019 consist of:

Core 1- Level 4 Will have rebar and formwork set. Core 1 will also have a structural patch fix that will require jackhammering with a water wash.

Core 2- Level 3 will have rebar set, closing in formwork, and begin pouring level 3.

Core 3- Level 2 will be poured and stripped, then the forms will be moved up to level 3 and begin setting rebar.

Slab for Level 1 Air Handler Unit- will have drain rock and vapor barrier placed, then rebar for the slab will be set.

Mockups for installing steel window surrounds, backing, and weather barrier will be constructed.

Over the course of the break:

Shear walls 1-5 have been topped off, with Shear wall 5 still needing to be stripped.

Core 1 has had the third level poured.

Cores 2 and 3 had the first levels poured and the second levels have been formed and rebar set.
