• High Roof Auditorium:
• Continue to form and pour evacuation ramp and eyebrows
• Low Roof Auditorium:
  • Continue installing roof
• Lab Wing Main Roof:
  • Continue installing hot fluid-applied rubber asphalt (tying to exterior walls)
• Penthouses:
  • Installing water barrier
• Lab High Roof West:
  • Continue installing roof

 

• FRAMING SHEATING (2^nd & 3^rd Floor)
• Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Finish installing temp window protection (if needed) *

 

• FRAMING SHEATING (1^st Floor)
  • Lab Wing – South Elevation:
• Continue to install temp window protection where needed

• Auditorium – North Elevation:
  • Finish installing steel studs
  • Start installing exterior gyp
• Auditorium – East Elevation:
  • Start installing flashings, window steel, and temp window protection (if needed)
    • Auditorium – South Elevation:
  • Continue to install window steel and flashings**
• Auditorium – West Elevation:
  • Installing weather barrier, window steel, and flashings

 

• WINDOWS & SIDING
• Lab Wing – West Elevation:
  • finish installing vertical siding
• Lab Wing – North Elevation:
  • Continue installing vertical siding and windows

  • Continue installing vertical siding
  • Installing windows
  • Start installing backer rod and caulk and vertical wood cladding *
• Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Continue installing windows, flashings & trim, and horizontal cleat
• Auditorium – East Elevation:
  • Start installing windows and vertical Z girt
• Auditorium – South Elevation:
  • Continue installing vertical Z girt

 

• INTERIOR BUILDOUT
• Mechanical & Back of House:
  • Finish painting top out for MEP to start, start installing panels/feeders in electric rooms and place all house keeping pads.
• Lab Wing Level 2 – Rough-in:
  • Install MEP in walls
  • Finish installing gyp top out one side of walls at duct locations
  • Continue tape and finish one side top out

 

• SITE IMPROVEMENTS
• ODF&W Parking and Sidewalks:
  • FRPS west and south curbs
  • Excavating for Rain Garden #2 *
