Functional/phylogenetic profiling of microbial community from metagenomic/16s rRNA sequencing data

Host functional analysis based on gene expression, metabolomics and other high-throughput omics data.

inference relationship between microbe-host using statistical modeling and network analysis based on omics dataset from host and their microbiome.
