The small animal hospital expansion is projected to be an addition of approximately 9126 sq. ft. The build-out has a two-story space on the NE corner, adjacent to the current small animal hospital. The new space on the first floor will have additional exam rooms, additional rounds rooms, and new spaces for cardiology and oncology. The second floor will have conference rooms and new office space for additional staff hiring. At the southeast area a new lecture hall will be built that will accommodate 98 people. This will allow the college to increase its class size from 56 to 72. These two spaces come to 6600 sq. ft. In addition to these two new facilities, a 2526 sq. ft. space to house a linear accelerator will be built just north of the large animal wing.
