To begin with, organizations might decide to allocate more resources toward marketing or product design rather than using those same resources to do a really good job in employee recruitment and selection is because for some organization might think that the primary goal of their business is providing the best service or product as possible and get as many profit as they can. Also, there is another factor that influence why the organizations might invests more in their product or service that they can provide to the customers because they do believe that managing employees or employee recruitment and selection does not correlate or there is no connection with the profit. It is absolutely not true, because when the company or organization has good employees who have brilliant and tend to give an outstanding performance at work will absolutely increase their work productivity and it will influence the profit that the company can get. That is why employees are the most valuable asset in the company because good employees who come with great ideas and will not be imitated easily and rare. That can lead to the competitive strategy on the market, because competitor may copy or buy the same machine or supply, but they can’t copy the ideas from the employees. Many people do not recognize that profit and employee are very different things that are not correlated each other. However, it is totally not true, when the company does not have any standard of employee recruitment then accept the candidates that apply without have to pass several process to test their qualification. It will absolutely impact the company toward their goal achievement. Some potential strengths of an organization’s decision to not prioritize recruitment and selection in favor of a focus on other aspects of the business are they can get more focused on designing and maximizing the value that they can put toward the service or product that they provide to customers. Also, another positive side is do not have to spend a lot of money in hiring human resources manager or people who focus on managing human resources or consultant of human resources. Nevertheless, there are several weaknesses or negative side when organization do not prioritize the recruitment and selection process of their employees. These are it is easy to get incompetent employees who are not capabilities to survive in the company. Moreover, another weakness is, the organization recruitment and selection process will be underestimated by the people and make the employees are easy to come and go without any consideration. It is because when the organization does not try to prioritize or put a filter in recruiting and selecting their employees, the standards or quality tend to be low. Furthermore, another weakness or negative side when an organization does not prioritize or consider the recruitment and selection process to be an essential thing is the organization tends to get the employees who are not competent enough or people who bring negative vibes as said earlier that can totally influence the organization performance in the market in negative way and potentially influence the other employees’ performance. Where, it leads to the profit that they get as well. Thus, to have qualified and outstanding employees, the organizations need to do prioritize the selection and recruitment process of their employees because employees are essential key to organizational success
