Graduate students for 2018

September 12th, 2017

We’re interested in recruiting graduate students for 2018, but a reality check is needed as well.  While opportunities exist for students interested in plant microbe interactions, genetic diversity of temperate and tropical trees, and tropical tree genomics, support for students is limited and prospoective students are encouraged to seek their own funding to support their education and research.  Interested students should explore funding opportunities through the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship.  Deadline for the NSF GRFP is October 23, 2017.
