I have watched so many of these tutorials off of YouTube.com and I found them very helpful; so I have brought a couple together here for your reference. Like I said before, I am a very visual learner, so watching these videos while I have my iPad2 right there in front of me is very useful.
These are all made by the same people, Mobile Professor, and get progressively more in depth as they go on which is nice. They also tell you exactly what they are going to show you in the very beginning of the clip.
These are just very useful things I have found while learning/teaching myself to use my new iPad2.
