WEEK 7

This week I also read about the same material as lask week because I think I could get more deeper things from these article. I noticed that empathy is so important for delightful design. What’s more, every requirement from customer should be considered, whatever is it a bad idea. I think people will get feedback because of the need from them. Finally, I got the useful way to set up the why-how ladder.

WEEK 6

I learned some new knowledges on this week. I start to touch “Prototype”. I think this method is a littble abstract for me in fact. I knew that we need to map out the cousmer journeys or do the similiar things that understanding the consumer’s demand. Furthermore, I think design can make people happy, not only designer. A good design is benefitial for everyone. A good design must be surprised for people because they will have something new or different.

This week I learned more things about design. I think design is really closed to our daily life. I never know that Levi’s jeans already can use ipad to customer by consumers. I never know the vehicles in Africa should adpot to the local environment either.
