Conceptual Precis 6

Idealism is the idea that “ideas, not objects are the basis of reality”. This means that it’s not things that make up our perception of reality but instead that our ideas make that. When I use the term idealism not in the philosophical tradition I think of it along the lines of a noble or righteous look at what your talking about. Almost like the idealistic choice, the best choice or the most recommended use. Beliefs connected to this concept are easily listed, including, my perception of reality, because I would disagree with the idealism approach. I did not approach many people with questions about idealism but the one person I did said he agreed with the way I looked at it.
