Reflecting on these practices, the kind of manager I want to be is one that leads by example and allows employees that work around me to grow and develop in their professional careers. To achieve these qualities as a manager you have to be able to provide training opportunities and teach the people around you on a daily basis. The most challenging part about being a manager would be to get people to buy into the culture, because building a successful foundation takes everyone.
