What Kind of Manager
Throughout the reading’s the type of manager I would like to be is one where employees feel supported, respected, and have a sense of responsibly. Furthermore, employee retention is an important key when it comes to maintaining company productivity. As a manager it would be important for me to recognize benefits, wages, and programs that would support employees.
