Branding Update

Fonts – The three (3) branded font families have been installed on every off-campus workstation: Stratum, Rufina-Stencil and Kievit. Stratum and Rufina are headline and subhead fonts and can be used interchangeably. Use Rufina-Stencil when you want a “lighter” more “artistic” touch in your marketing material design. For body copy, always use Kievit. Brand guide offer some tips on line spacing and letter spacing.

PowerPoint Presentation Tip – The brand guide offers branded presentation (PowerPoint) templates. If you are taking your presentation on the road, use the systems fonts templates. Templates also are offered in two formats: wide screen (16:9 ratio) or a standard size (4:3 ratio). Click here for a resource to help you select the appropriate slide size for your needs.

Finding Logo Files – All logos for University Outreach and Engagement, including Extension, can be found in Box via a link on the Extension Marketing Tools website (For Employees tab>Employee Resources>Marketing Tools>Logos, then click on companion logo link in the second bullet point).

There is a folder for each unit/location. You will find letterhead in the same folders.
