Two community awards recognized yearly at the Peace Breakfast: The Frances Dancy Hooks Award recognizes students, staff or faculty who exemplify Frances Dancy Hooks’ work: building bridges across cultures, showing courage in promoting diversity, and proudly “Walks the Talk;” and the Phyllis S.
