Confusion among employers over which forms should be used to initially report injuries and illness, and those that should be used for submission to OSHA or the proper reporting_agency may_result in problems. Any gaps in your OSHA 300 log can trigger_OSHA inquiries or even inspections.

Accurate reporting is imperative, and is a good tool to use in determining problem areas in the company’s business operation. So, prepare now to fill in the missing information as soon as possible.

On Wednesday, October 25 at 2 PM EDT, we will present a webinar titled OSHA Recordkeeping Compliance: Completing and Maintaining the OSHA 300 Log. The webinar will help those tasked with filling out and maintaining OSHA_Injury and Illness logs.

In this 90-minute live training, Irwin Dobrushin will help clarify what should be reported as an injury_or illness, as well as how to account correctly for lost work time. He will discuss:

  • The importance of the employees work relationship
  • Rules for temporary workers.
  • What OSHA means by “restricted_work”
  • What are the exceptions to OSHA recordability
  • Prescription medications versus OTC medicines
  • Calculation of injury_and illness rates
