OSU students are returning to classes for the fall term and are beginning to move into their homes for the upcoming year. The 4th annual Community Welcome makes it easy to start the new school year off on a friendly note. OSU has produced materials to start a conversation with student neighbors and will be canvasing neighborhoods on September 24 in celebration of National Good Neighbor Day.
