2. Friday, June 16^th, 5:00 PM – Cutoff for placing departmental orders until July 1^st.

The following week,

3. June 18^th, 6 p.m. – June 26^th, 8 a.m. – Campus wide Steam Shutdown.
4. June 21^st, 7 a.m. – June 23^rd, 3:00 p.m. – Fume Hood Shutdown Linus Pauling Science Center

Fire Marshal’s Annual Inspection of Linus Pauling Science Center; Thursday, June 8th, 9:00 AM.  See the attached email from Jim Patton, Corvallis Fire Marshal.  LPSC is scheduled to be inspected Thursday morning at 9:00 AM.

Ordering Cutoff of Departmental Purchases.  In order to allow all invoices for purchases in FY17 to be received, we are cutting off placing new orders at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 2017.  You may continue to send in purchase requests (PO Forms) and approval emails.  I will create shopping carts, if available, so after June 30^th I can quickly place orders.  If you have an emergency order that MUST be placed between June 17^th and June 30^th; please include the reason for the emergency and I will do what I can to get the material ordered and in quickly.
