Manager, OSU Managed Communications Services (May’10 – Dec’12)
In this role I provided the vision, strategy and leadership oversight of the high-performance vNOC group and our flagship service, “MEETME Conferencing Services“. MCS is the State of Oregon’s sole in-source provider of audio, video, web conferencing (OregonConnect), and streaming services. In addition, MCS is the State’s delegated agent to provide leadership of these services via our consulting practice and support program to all State agencies.
