Training Events

We have several upcoming training opportunities.  Registration is required for the Jaspersoft and Introduction to CORE (CORE Basics) sessions.

Training Events

We are holding two sessions on Wednesday, Oct 28 for Training Days.  The Intro to CORE Reports (CORE Basics) has been moved to a larger room so there is now additional capacity.  If someone from your unit is interested in attending, please have them sign up to attend.  The CORE Update class is full.

New Features & Functions

Report Times – After you select View Report,  the Loading… window will now include the Average report duration (run time) as well as the Elapsed time.  You will now see an estimated time for report run time and the loading elapsed time.  Remember, the time displayed is an average time so depending on the parameters selected, it may take more or less time to populate. Training Events

OSU Training Days – The BIC Team will have two training sessions on Wednesday, Oct. 28.  The CORE Basics class (9 AM) has been moved to a bigger room and now allows for more attendees.  The CORE Updates class (10 AM) is currently full and has a wait list.

The initial Jaspersoft for Finance training is scheduled for Nov. 12th and 20th.  This initial training is limited to employees of Business Centers, Business Affairs and the Budget Office.  We will be adding more Finance training sessions in the future.

New Features & Functions

Show Previews button has been added to the top of the uReports screen.  By toggling on Show Previews, after selecting a report you will see sample report screenshots, instead of just the list of reports. CORE Milestones

This week we started development on our 600th report!  Who would have thought we’d have so many in such a short amount of time?!  Thank you to everyone who has provided us input on the reports and made suggestions for new ones.  We still have a good number of reports for development in the queue but we are always open to new suggestions.
