About Me:

Inspired by the engineering lifestyle from my parents, both of whom work at Intel, I am pursuing an H.B.S degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, with a focus in embedded systems. My academic interests include PCB design and firmware development, with some of my favorite classes being CS344 (Operating Systems), ECE473 (Microcontroller System & Design), and CS475 (Introduction to Parallel Programming).

As a Garmin Scholar, I was privileged to intern at Garmin AT twice during my undergraduate program, the latter of which was through the OSU MECOP program. At Garmin AT, I had the opportunity to design, build, and test custom PCBs to be used on the production floor in order to accelerate build efficiency on some of the Garmin flagship avionic products. Additionally, I explored proof-of-concept sensors with custom firmware to achieve new communication methods for Garmin Touch Navigation systems.

I am also a part of the OSU OPEnS Lab aimed to develop open-source technology for environmental sensing. My current project utilizes specialized passive RFID tags to sense surrounding moisture content. By placing these cheap tags in a bed of different crops, an RFID antenna can be mounted a greenhouse’s irrigation boom to control the irrigation process autonomously.

Some of my personal hobbies include playing board games, watching football, researching the latest consumer electronics, and eating sweets (Oreos are my favorite snack). After I graduate, I plan to purchase myself a keyboard and start learning how to play the piano.
