Second Week of MAX Intervals

Today marks the beginning of my second week of Max Intervals, sixth week of the program.  Its oddly addicting in a way.  The intervals are longer, the rest periods stay the same, and I feel that many of the moves are physically impossible for a normal human being.  On a day when I miss a workout, I feel antsy all day long and the feeling does not go away until I am doing my cool down stretches.  I am very happy with my results so far and plan on doing the program a couple more times to get maximum results.  I haven’t really been following the meal plan but I plan on sticking to it my next time through.
