Breakdown of the Program

The Insanity workout program is part of the famous Beachbody fitness system. Beachbody has several programs focused on healthy eating and intense workouts to transform your body into its best form possible.  The Insanity Program focuses on using Max Internal training to build lean muscle while losing fat with constant cardio.  The program is a 60-day transformation resulting in a new body and a new outlook on fitness.  Month 1 consists of 5 alternating videos.  You begin with the Fit Test to see where you are physically and then jump right into the workouts.  Plyometric Cardio Circuit, Cardio Power & Resistance, Cardio Recovery, and Pure Cardio, are cycled through for the first four weeks of the program, followed by a week of recovery.  Core Cardio and Balance was created to give the body a break and recover before the Max workouts begin.  Month number two consists of Max Interval Circuit, Max Interval Plyo, Max Cardio Conditioning, and Max Recovery, to truly challenge and lean out the body. One can simply find the Insanity workout schedule by ordering the product or by typing the description into a search engine. Personally, I set it as the background on my desktop and on my cell phone as motivation and a reminder. Here is a snap shot of the schedule that I found on a general website.
