As part of the Cordley Hall Renewal project, standby generator testing and transfer switch testing will occur on Tuesday, March  12 from 6 am – 8 am. This work may result in generator noise in the area.


What do Cordley Hall residents need to do to prepare for this testing?
 Please make sure that all computers, printers, copiers and other electronic devices are turned off prior to Tuesday, March 12. If you have an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), also known as a battery back-up, please be sure to turn it off as well.

To ensure recent repairs to the transfer switch were successful, power to all generator-backed outlets will be briefly interrupted for testing on August 10, 2022. Power interruptions should only occur when the switch is turned on and then turned off a short amount of time later.
