Minor damage was reported at more than a dozen Post Offices throughout Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and the District of Columbia as a result of the earthquake on August 23. We continue to monitor the situation, and are pleased to report that delivery, collection and mail processing operations have continued on schedule for most of the affected areas.
