May 11: 1-Day Surimi & Surimi Seafood Seminar-Hampton Inn & Suites

Dr. Park, the Surimiman, will host a one day program in conjunction with the BSPS, but specifically for members of the surimi and surimi seafood industries. This will be an “add-on” program that will be offered in Astoria the day following the BSPS and also hosted at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Registration fee is $300 includes: program materials (including presentation slides), breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks (May 11). The Surimi and Surimi Seafood textbook will be available for purchase ($150).
