A blog on my whole life

Hello world!
Hello readers, my name is Hrishikash Kadakia. My time zone is MST and my favorite destination is Vrindavan, India. Some of my hobbies are mantra meditation, cooking, kayaking, trekking, and teaching others about God consciousness. I love spirituality and am a good teacher of spirituality. My favorite show is Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana and my sport is basketball. I recently relocated to Clearfield Utah but am originally from Southern Utah. This is almost the final year of my bachelor’s at Oregon State University and maybe for my master’s, I will pursue another university. Basically, I went into computer science because I fell in love with coding and writing applications. When I was in middle school, geography was always my favorite subject in class since it involved information on different areas, climates, and longitude/latitude. Also, solving differential problems in mathematics and pre-algebra was something I liked as well. So actually I planned to do a double major in geography and mathematics. But then, my goal switched to history also because history especially art history was the best (and now too!) I liked it in high school. I read art history books till late at night and really enjoyed them. The next day I would again start in the morning and do the same every day. Then when I reached 11th grade, even though I had some interest in computer science I developed a craze for it. There was a coding lesson I did online and it was just amazing! I loved it so much that I switched all my passion and focus to it. Because I had so many passions and interests, I thought I should choose a passion that could run my livelihood and also interest me. Therefore, I discussed this with my mentors in school and chose this path. It’s said that computer science is hard but the compensation is great. After 12th grade, I took up this path and it has been a great experience for me at OSU!
I took online classes so it’s very flexible to do my hobbies. This e-campus program has helped me visit many places since I finish the deadlines coming ahead and then travel for how many days I like. Recently, I went to Northern California to visit the Bay Area and visited many amazing places there. I went to Mounta Shashta, Soda Springs, Yosemite National Park, and many others. I would like to share a great experience from Yosemite National Park. Recently I and my family were camping there and suddenly we saw a huge bear emerging from the woods. There weren’t many people around but still, somehow we stood still and the bear saw us and turned around going back into the woods. Then we packed up and left in our car to visit a trail around there and again on the trail we saw a mountain lion from a distance. When it tried to attack us, I threw 10-12 small stones at it along with some branches and it ran back into the jungle. This was a fabulous experience as we saw two majestic animals in the same national park on the same day!
