Don’t feel like you have to buy the outfit, join a gym, or be in shape before you can get in shape! Audrey Watson, health and fitness guru, will share with us simple ways to be active and stay healthy at any age.
Audrey has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Oregon State University, and previously worked as a Personal Trainer in a medical weight loss program, and at a Personal Training studio. She interned in Cardiac Rehabilitation, and in the Oregon State Athletics weight room.
Audrey is committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. She believes that fitness is a combination of physical activity, healthy eating, and a positive attitude towards life. Her enthusiasm for fitness, and life in general, is contagious, and she uses that to motivate and encourage those around her.
