Carrots are really always my favorite vegetable. My parents really liked carrots as well so I had a lot when I was younger. Celery I just recently started to like, dipping it in ranch or wherever I can have it.
My mom focused on “Eat your vegetables.” I’m from Canada, and she still calls down and says, “Make sure you eat your vegetables and eat well.”
I throw whatever I want in stir-fry.
It’s a lifestyle choice. I know when I don’t eat vegetables I’m more tired and sluggish throughout the day. You just feel better.
If I’m sluggish to workouts maybe I won’t get as good of a workout. It’s little things like that.

It’s not as intense as a basketball game but the longevity of it is pretty grueling.
Athletes understand the benefits of vegetables. Do you?
Be Well. Be Orange.

yes we all need reminding to “eat our greens” And a stir fry is probably the easiste way to do it as well. Good stuff.
