I aim to be a manager who takes the time to celebrate special moments and tries to make employees feel valued as individuals. I believe this would contribute to the overall performance and willingness to be the best employees they can be. Overcommunication will be my ultimate goal. Being readily available to find the answers if I don’t have them, and encourage people to ask clarifying questions. Focusing on making employee benefits a true benefit. Retention and employee engagement are goals that I want to make a reality when coming into an organization. When accepting a place in a management post-graduation and getting into my career, I am going to be looking into organizations that have ethics that I believe in and will easily practice daily. In addition, I have always loved being a trainer and the importance of training within my restaurant jobs. I would like to ensure that employees have all the necessary tools readily available to become valued employees.
