OSU College of Pharmacy Professor, Dr. Ali Olyaei at the NW Kidney Kids Ball to accept the John Barry Award of Excellence
NW Kidney Kids offers hope and support to children with chronic kidney disease and their families. They provide prevention services, educational programs and group activities that empower Kidney Kids to take charge of their health, embrace their future, and achieve lifelong success.
The John Barry Award of Excellence is awarded every year at NW Kidney Kids Annual Ball to professionals for their outstanding service to children with kidney disease.
NW Kidney Kids Board President Suzanne Billings had this to say about awarding Dr. Olyaei, “We couldn’t think of a more deserving person with a consistent career and compassionate touch that helps our pediatric pt/families through the complex and often intimidating maze of post-tx medications.”
