I would definitely have to say bloggers are Journalists. Its the same thing in a sense. Bloggers write about what they want to write about and so do bloggers. bloggers source their info just as Journalists do. they both usually write about things that they like or interest them. writing is also a big hobby of theirs which is why they are writing in the first place. According to “Refreshed: Bloggers, reporters, journalists and the fine line in-between” by V.H. Belvadi,   ”blog­gers stand squarely in a long-standing journ­al­istic tra­di­tion… their roots go back to the au­thors of the often-anonymous writ­ings that helped to found America itself.” We both agree that Bloggers are Journalists in a sense. they have their differences though. for example Journalists are often confined to the company they Journal as bloggers are more free to put whatever. Bloggers can use profanity as well.
