Playoffs in any sport, any time, and any place are a wonderful thing. you can always count on some late game drama or heroics to make the games extra memorable. Right now the NBA (National Basketball Association) and NHL (National Hockey League) are in their respective playoffs right now. The basketball playoffs are usually the more popular of the two but I must say the NHL ones are just as or even more exciting. The Hockey playoffs just have something different about them. It is very hard to explain. I think it is just i havent been watching  them as long as i have been watching the NBA playoffs so it is something new for me. I wanted the San Jose Sharks to win it all but they lost in the first round sadly. My team, the Boston Celtics, are still in the NBA playoffs so lets hope for a championship with them! My favorite playoffs have to be the NFL (National Football League) Playoffs. one loss and your out. No extra Games to redeem yourself or Get lucky in. You better bring your best or you will be sent home packing! The playoffs are Better for the economy too of the city’s the teams that make the playoffs are located and the world in general. TV ratings are always at its peaks around playoff time for sports.   Millions and millions of people sit down with pizza, wings and many thirst quenching beverages to enjoy!  this all helps to bring in more money and revenue to business and organizations around the land.

Doing Nice things for people may not seem like it has its benefits on your end, but it can benefit you in many ways. Good deeds always come back around first of all. If you do something nice for someone then a good deed will be done for you eventually. It may be something smaller than what you did for them or the deed could come back Ten-Fold. it could be as big as something like buying you a car for loaning that person Five Dollars, or as small as getting a free piece of gum for Giving somebody a ride. Another reason why it can benefit you is the pure fact of being a good person. People just generally feel better about doing things for people and seeing their faces light up. It makes you feel all warm inside. Last reason I will be listing today is the fact that your deeds will always be noticed and people will put in a Good word for you in the walk of life we all walk together. For example when I was a senior in high school and a senior leader for the freshmen at school the freshmen had to all go up and talk about their experiences that year. I was overwhelmed by how many thank you’s I got. I was Too happy they noticed and thanked Me. It was humbling.  now I’m not sure how your story will end, but I do know this, you cannot go wrong with doing a Good for somebody in this world.

during the 20th century, Kids were always taught to be well balanced in what they did. for example kids always tried many different sports and kept up with those sports for awhile. they became pretty good at all the sports they did in the end making them all around athletes.  In the 21st century, you now see more and more people  starting to concentrate on only one sport and becoming superior at that sport while their skills are lacking at the other ones.  So Which is Better to be? This article from Sports Force .com should give you some clarity and information to form your own opinion in comparison to mind. I believe that there is a medium that can be formed. you must be a multi-sport athlete with one sport being your Niche.  Playing all the sports you always play could potentially give you skills for that niche sport you decide to make. It is only beneficial to your health and overall Athleticism to play more than one sport. Forming the Niche is important though, you must decide which one is your number one sport and make it known. Everybody needs something they stand out with to call their own cool skill. I wish I would have kept playing all three sports Iplayed as a kid which were football Basketball and Track. I dropped Basketball and just did Football and Track. If i would have kept playing basketball I would have definitely been more coordinated with my body control and things like that. that would have been huge to have in my Niche sport football.

So who wins out you ask? the Multi-sport athlete that still holds on to his niche and concentrates on it more than the other sports.

If anyone knows me a little bit,  they know that I am serious about my faith. I am not afraid to share and show my love for Jesus Christ, the one that died on the cross to save us from our sins.  This past year in 2011 i had the privilege and opportunity to start at running back for the Oregon State Beavers Football team. This was a task I really wanted since I could Fathom the idea when Jacquizz Rodgers Left for the NFL draft. This is something I prayed about Daily and constantly Worked for and achieved it. This was the first time I truly Put my mind to something and achieved it. The scripture doesn’t lie when it says that “ I can do all this through him who gives me strength” Phillipians 4:13. After every touchdown I scored, I pointed to the Sky giving God the Glory for that touchdown. I know I could not have done it without him.  Tim Tebow, Quarterback for the New York Jets, Is one of the people that really inspires me to keep doing what I’m doing and do more. he has absolutely no fear with his faith and shares it without hesitation.

I just want to encourage anybody Going through Bad times right now to hang on and Trust God. he will Get you out of your bad situation and he never gives you more than you can handle.  for he says in the bible in  For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  Everything will Work out in the end!!

Two good hands are always better than just one good hand in many sports. One in particular is Basketball, there are countless number of times where you have to use both hands in basketball such as dribbling, shooting  or defending.  If you do not have two good hands on the offensive side, it makes you much easier to guard as your moves are predictable to one side. Being ambidextrous is a plus in hockey as well. the ability to shoot the puck from both sides  makes you very dangerous and hard to guard. it can also help your handles out with better crisp passes.  there are many ways to become ambidextrous, it just takes a lot of time and dedication. I am in the process of trying to become ambidextrous as we speak.

This is probably the toughest question for a lot of people to answer: What is your favorite sense of the five senses? each sense brings its own special characteristic that we feel we could not live without. Hearing a sweet melody of a song we love or hummingbirds will neve get old. seeing the beauty of a sunset or looking into the eyes of a girl you adore is much needed. Tasting delicious desserts or any of your favorite foods is what some people live for. Smelling  the good smell of perfume or cologne turns people on to the max. Touching things and feeling the texture of things is essential for life. my favorite sense is Touch  as stated in the title. Touch is the most underrated sense of all the senses for sure as I believe it is the one that gets thrown out the most. Touch can do more for you than you think. Touch is the main way we get closer to people we love. Touch is the main difference in any intimate relationship. There is nothing like the feeling of giving the girl you love a hug and holding her hand. Without touch you would not be able to love as you wouldn’t be able to have that intimate relationship you long for with someone.

Chocolate chip cookies are one of the best things ever made on this entire planet. There is nothing like a warm, soft, perfectly baked chocolate chip cookie and a cold glass of milk. one of my favorite Desserts and food addictions for sure. Ever since Michael Jackson Stopped making music, People have been searching for the next King of RnB.  Someone that had the smooth dance moves and the powerful voice that rivaled Michael was not easy to find for the longest time. It was also very competitive between many artist for the Lucky Title. I think Usher has  definitely won that title over after his work over many years. he has did a tremendous job with song making and album sales. he is one of the few artist i know that has an album (confessions) that went Diamond. that means it sold over 10 million copies in its time out on the shelves. that is absolutely incredible. this album was the second highest selling album of the 2000′s decade out of all Genres.  It also sold 1.1 million copies in the first week, another impressive feat. he also had another album that sold really well called 8701 that went 4x platinum meaning it sold over 4 million records.  Im not saying this because He is my favorite artist, I really think others would agree with the point I am making.  check this blog out right here that states he is the King Of RNB like I said.
