6:00am – 2:00pm:  DWA Trade Show & Exposition Services sets up trade show and registration booths (Exhibit Hall A and Lobby A)

10:00am – 12:00pm: IMGC Volunteer / Staff Meeting: This session is for IMGC volunteers and staff. We will provide a general overview of the conference layout and committee assignments. You will have a chance to meet your committee chair, and to organize for your volunteer shift(s) at the 2017 IMGC.

12:00pm – 6:00pm:  Registration Packet Pick Up

2:00pm – 9:00pm:  Vendor Set Up for Conference Trade Show (Exhibit Hall A)

1:00pm – 3:00pm: State and County MG Coordinators Meeting: This session is for faculty and staff who are employed with an Extension Master Gardener Program. Come and learn more about the Extension Master Gardener National Committee, as well as current initiatives and opportunities.

1:00pm – 3:00pm: Search for Excellence presentations practice: This session is for Master Gardeners who have been selected as a first place winner in an International Search for Excellence category, and will be presenting a Search for Excellence project at the Tuesday, July 11th general session. You will have an opportunity to load your presentation onto the computer, and to make sure that you slides (and audio and/or video, if applicable) are in working order.

3:00pm – 4:00pm: International Master Gardener Committee Meeting: This session serves as a business meeting for the International Master Gardener Committee. The International Master Gardener committee facilitates the International Search for Excellence, and helps choose sites for future International Master Gardener Conferences. This meeting is for current IMG committee members, as well as any Master Gardener faculty, staff and volunteers who are interested in learning more about the work of the committee, and potentially volunteering.

4:30pm – 5:15pm: Orientation for Attendees: optional and brief overview of the conference, including tips on how to get the most out of your IMGC experience.

5:30pm – 9:00pm: Opening Reception, “Taste of Oregon” ~ Oregon Ballroom (ticketed event, $26 during early registration, $31 during regular registration)

5:30pm: Cash Bar Opens, Light Hors d’oeuvres

6:30pm – 8:30pm: Musical Guest: New Iberians Zydeco Blues Band
