Registration: The registration fee for the conference includes light refreshments and lunch during the meetings, the transportation and tours of the Wheat Marketing Center and Food Innovation Center followed by dinner at Bridgeport Brew Pub (No host Bar) on Wednesday, April 29.

Lodging: Reservations at the Embassy Suites Portland-Downtown can be made by calling 1-800-643-7892 and requesting the rate for the WAAESD/WEDA/WRPLC. Rooms are $169 + tax per night and include breakfast and Managers Hospitality Hour. The special room rate is available until March 27 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Upon Arrival: After you have checked into the hotel, look for the registration area located outside the Roy Yates meeting room located on the Lobby Level to pick up materials for the meeting.

Getting to Portland:
The Portland International Airport (PDX) is twelve miles from beautiful downtown Portland. There are many ground transportation options, including riding the TriMet MAX train, executive cars, taxis or shuttles that serve the airport. PDX has many uniquely Oregon shops, restaurants, coffee stands and VIP lounges. Oregon does not have a sales tax.

Mass Transit in Portland is widely available. Upon arrival and PDX Airport you can pick up the Red Line Max Line at Gate A (Stop ID 10579) for the 40 minute ride to the downtown Skidmore Fountain Max Station Stop (Stop ID 8379) which is 2 blocks from the Hotel. The cost for a 2.5-hour ticket $2.50.
